You’ll be sent a link to book your 4 sessions, ideally 1 per week for 4 weeks. Most sessions are booked Monday-Friday during business hours, however, evening and weekend timeslots are also available.
If you’re unable to do 4 consecutive weeks, we recommend scheduling into the future when you are able to commit to 4 consecutive weeks. That said, we understand that life happens, and we can be flexible with scheduling, if needed.
